I read a couple of the voting rules...here is what it says :

1.) Each contestant and visitor to the site may only vote once per photo. Usually your computer will have "cookies" enabled which allows us to track the amount of times you vote. If cookies have been disabled on your computer, your vote will not count. Big Picture d/b/a photowow.com reserves the right to remove any votes it believes were submitted illegitimately.

4.) In order to keep the voting process as fair as possible, a formula has been derived which does not count a random number of low votes. This is to avoid contestants and their friends from voting low on other contestants in order to increase their entrant's odds of winning.


I just copy and pasted the 2 that seemed like a concern for people. Hope this helps.

the prize is a 4 panel pop art print of the winning photo. you can see examples at the site, that's what they sell. i think they're cool and it would look so cute in his room.

grr... now i feel ripped off. i posted on 2 other forums asking people to please vote for him since it ends tomorrow. people have been trying and since yesterday they've been getting error messages and haven't been able to. i noticed the scores hadn't been changing, i just thought maybe nobody was voting. i emailed the site since i don't think this is fair. i don't know what i expect from them, i was just mad.

so the site had errors for the last 3 days of the contest and nobody could vote. finn was stuck .03 away from winning. it angers me off because i had so many people on my other forum trying to vote for him but they couldn't and i *know* he would've won.

the baby that was in first (by freaking .03 points!!!) won by default.

i'm entering him again in a few weeks. they say they track your cookies or whatever but i'm going to use my parents' address and nick's computer.
