Q: Pain Spots, Pressure And Other Symptoms

A headache is defined as pain above the eyes and ears. What I am experiencing is not like any headache I have ever read about. I've had head pain for almost a year now. A headache couldn't possibly last that long so I call it head pain instead. There are approximately a dozen spots on my cranium that are painful when touched. They are likes bruises that never go away. I am reminded that they are still there when I touch them. Leave 'em alone and I'm fine. Is that normal?

The last few weeks I've now had leg pain at night. Upon awakening, I've experienced eye pain (a stabbing pain), three times now, twice in the left, once in the right. It would last a few minutes or up to an hour.

Can anyone shed some light on this? Thank you.

- Li

Extremely eHealthy
It sounds alot like nerves. We have nerves that run all along and through our head. They can produce trigger points when irritated. We have an occipital nerve that runs to our eye from our neck which could be what you are experiencing.

I suggest you bring them up to your doctor.
