When I was about 12yrs (1939) I had gone
to a drs office about once a month to have
my nasal passages washed. I would lay on
my back with head hanging over end and he
would fill my nose with a solution . he
then would place a glass tube with a ball
shape on the end and a hose running to a
water faucet on my nostril , I would
repeatedly say "CAKE CAKE ...." while he
suctiond out the water. This was repeated
several times. and the relief was great.
My question is is the 'neti pot'
technique or the vacuum flush better . If
the vacuum technique is better (my wife
would do the implementation) where would
one find the equipment ?
I did not intend to post this in this
forum. Can webmaster move it to a more
apprpriate forum

I'm not sure were to find that equipment.
You may want to talk to your doctor and
verify that it is still a good idea for
you.
You may want to check ebay. They have
almost everything.
