About a month ago I had some chest pain on my left side. Then my left arm started feeling numb and tingle and then the pain moved throughout my whole arm. That night I got a headache that was unbearable. I was holding my head screaming. I rarely get headaches so it came to me as a surprise. I saw my doctor everyday that week and friday of the week I was admitted to the hospital for tests. I had MRI's and all. I was found to have a butterfly vertebra and a flare in my right frontal lobe. The flare couldnt be found anywhere else so it was said unknown and nothing to worry about. I was put on meds for my arm and the arm stopped hurting. A month later everything started happening again so I took a higher does of meds. (neurologists prescribed). I had more MRI's on my back to see if the butterfly vertebra was causing it but it was fine. I now see a physical therapist but just started so havent got results. Since then I still get mild chest pain and I have left arm weakness. I also seem to get weird sensations on my left side of my head. The neurologist said I have neuritis in my arm but I am only 16 and to young to really have this! Where should I turn? What could this be??? I also have aortic stenosis and that was all checked so my heart is fine.
