Hi, i'm a student nurse and am currently writing a research proposal. The study is to determine how a colostomy may effect a female's perception of her body image after the procedure, and also if it effects her in terms of her sexuality. Any suggestions as to any websites covering these issues, or if anyone knows of any research that has being carried out in this area, please let me no as it would be most appreciated.
