If you think you are prego. maybe you should test just in case. You dont lose anything by testing, you need to know some how. If it come out neg then i suggest maybe going to the dr.

I would wait until your period is officially late to test. The tests are more accurate then (less chance of false negatives). Some tests can detect a pregnancy 5 days sooner (though the box cheats a bit with that--the 5th day is the day your period is due), but if you read the stats on the box, testing 4 days before your period will give something like 30% of pregnant women a positive that soon.

Some women do spot before they get their periods. Pregnant women may have implantation spotting (though still you need about 3 days after implantation to get a positive pregnancy test). Some women have a sensitive cervix and may spot after sex.

I would wait until you are late on your period and then test.

I would probally wait until af (period) is late. I think you posted that u were supposed to get it on the 27th right...Well wait and see if it comes and then i suggest wait maybe a couple of days to test again. I have read before that sometimes that brownish discharge can be associated with infection not only for being prego. After testing after ur late then it would then be up to you to go to the dr or not. Good luck!

im not sure what day the brown discharge started but it is now the 29th and my period is 2 days late and im still having spotting, even though it is like black. freak out!!!
