You have to work at it but I think
cognitive training would probably help you
overcome your panic attacks best. Try and
join a group or read the book by sam obitz
which is generally easy to read and
identify with and teaches you the right
and wrong way to use a tea form. I learned
the tea form exercise in my group and it
has become a staple in my life that helps
me keep my anxiety at a minimum and I have
not had a panic attack since the begining
of my group and I was having them almost
everyday when I joined my group. Once you
learn to counter your thoughts in the tea
form you will begin to make a lot of
progress faster than you thought possible

hey , glad hearing your true desire deep
inside ,you know what ?I believe you wanna
a normal life as what the others are
enjoying ,which is full of passionate
work ,cheerful talking, interesting
friends, mutual compliment and kidding
with each other ,it always looks like
enjoyable and relaxable ,right?you know
,life is simple ,if you choose to be
happy, you will feel it from life around
you .yes ,it's true ,some time we feel
someone is watching us .you see what I
mean? honestly speaking ,I felt that
longlong time ago,yes ,it's horrible .but
,you may know ,but I may be sure ,you and
me are born to be someone ,who is
different from others .It's the very
essence you must know. to be ourselfs ,let
yourself go free.you have right to
depress,to tell yourself that you feel
sick and tied.you need not change it ,let
it be what it is ,youknow ,it's natural
,it deserves to exist.it's a just instant
plot of our unknown ,mysterious,and
diversely charming life .tell yourself
what kind of life you want ,I believe this
kind of life will be the most part of you
whole life.after that natural behavior
being acted freely, you would find the damn
depression had disappeared since somewhen
and you were enjoying sunshine and
exploring through rainstorm to find the
next bright land of life .these are tastes
of life ,full of all kinds of flavors.
maybe we can be friends ,another charming
experience in life ,who knows!

I have panick attacks too.. The worst
thing you can do for panick attacks is to
run away from them. Even tho they are
scary, you need to go to places where they
happen and just feel through them. Keep
riding them out... The more you run, the
more things you will avoid.
I started off not driving from them.. and
then i got to the point that i didnt go
out much at all. I have to fight to go
out.. but the more i do it the easier it
gets. The only thing is that is if i get
sick and have to stay in for a week or
two... i backslide and have to fight the
attacks again really bad to get back where
i was in being able to go out. (this time
its been a month.. and im still working on
it)
Also, hypnosis has been helping me. It
has helped me relax and helped my panic
alot.
Ohhh, do u exercise. I have heard that
exercise can help with depression along
with your medicine..*shrug*
