Ok here is a list of my symptoms starting from first to appear:

Pain and pressure behind eyes and around check bones
feels better when you press on it? Usually worse at night

Teeth grinding at night

tingling and burning feeling in both sides of face

last 3 fingers going numb on both hands

heart palps

weird facial and scalp twitching and spasms

my bite is off

I have been to a neuro had a ct of brain and nerve conduction study done and all was normal. He thinks I have trig neuralgia but I am only 28 yrs old! and from my research it doesn't sound like that to me. The pain has been going on for years but after a recent neck adj from a chiro, the tingling and spasms started. Someone please help!
