Your fall probably just caused a minor injury. Depending on how much pain you feel or how bad the fall was determines whether you need to go to a doctor. Ask your parents.

As for your voice, everyone is different. Some males will never have deep voices. If you're concerned about your puberty's progress, talk to your parents, and maybe you could see a doctor and make sure you're progressing properly and producing enough testosterone.

of course they can. My brother had a high voice as a child but during puberty it changed an is now quite deep.

Boys go through puberty slower than girls, so give yourself a chance. Your voice may not change for another year or so, or you may have a naturally high voice, and there's nothing wrong with that! High male voices are sexy in my opinion!

I would not worry about. My voice changed in 8th grade, but I had a friend whose voice didn't change until he was in 11th grade. We were in choir together and he felt wierd singing in the soprano section, even though he was better than most of the girls, but once his voice changed it was all good. The only problem it created for him was that once it changed he had to relearn how to sing because he sang soprano for so long trying to sing baratone was a hard adjustment. So just sit back and let God's timing work. It will be the right time when it is the right time.
