Newby...am I Nuts? Pregnant After Depo?

I have been off depo since late Dec. 06. I was due to get my shot by no later than March 14-28. I was a full time student and seperated from my spouse in March and also a mom to three small kids and totally missed getting my shot. My last son, who just turned 2, was a missed depo shot baby lol. I had only been off the shot 2 mos. when I found out that I was expecting then. NOW my question is....I have had unprotected sex (Like a complete idiot!) several times since missing my shot. Not thinking about my last surprise baby issue. I had some very light spotting around the end of March when I was due for my shot. I have taken umpteen HPT, half turning out faint pos. Half turning out neg. Unsure I went to Dr. and had blood test done because I am having morning noon and night sickness like with my last baby. Pretty much the same scenario.Blood test was a 2 for HCG. But it was like that with my last baby. Can this happen 2 times!!? I am scared to death that if I go back to Dr. I will be pg and it isn't with my spouse (still seperated) no sex with him since before depo wore off. Unsure if it is depo issues or actual pg. having all the symptoms of pg. nausea, fatigue, moody, breast tingling, NO period since the light spotting in March. Sleepy at noon every day. Am I crazy or what? Please Help.
