Hi, i'm 42 and three weeks ago I started seeing a "colored dot" in my left eye. It is located in the center of my vision, the size of the face of a person near me. I want some info about this before I go to the doctor.

Sounds like a floater...Try a searching "floaters" on webmd.Com
