Q: Premature Ejaculation

I'm 18 and have been with my girlfriend for around 6 months now, so i'm obviously someone of little experience. A few months back (possibly feb or march) we had sex for the first time, felt great, seemed to last a decent length (20 odd mins maybe?) it all seemed perfect, we both enjoyed it. Since then i started masturbating on my own a lot more and after that we have had sex maybe 3 or 4 times more. These later times though I have found myself ejaculating way earlier than i would like to and sex has lasted way shorter than the first time I did it. Obviously i'm not enjoying it ending so quickly and neither is she. Is it possible that the cause of my premature ejaculation (if thats wat it deffinitely is) is that i masturbate too much or a lot? I really want to go back to how it was when we did it for the first time, which felt great...

Also on a side note, my girlfriend told me that in none of the times we have had sex has she ever orgasmed...is that a problem with her or with me? Obviously it does take longer for a girl to orgasm than a man to ejac, but say i ejac after 2.5 mins, she most likely hasnt orgasmed...any help?

I don't think your masturbation has caused you to ejaculate sooner.

As for her, most women don't orgasm during sex. There's nothing wrong with either of you, it's just how it is. There are two kinds of female orgasms, the vagina kind and the more common clitoral one.

I doubt the problem is that you have been masturbating. Many men take longer their first time because they feel somewhat nervous.

Most women don't orgasm during sex, especially when they are still fairly new at it. Many women never do in their entire life though. That's just the way it is. It does not necessarily mean there is a problem. Just keep trying different things and see what she likes. Make sure she tells you what seems to work for her and what does not. Maybe she will have one during sex eventually, and maybe not.

masturbating too much doesn't affect the longevity of sex. and it's normal for women not to orgasm during sex. practice makes perfect!

Nope. She probably was getting very into it and it probably felt very good, but that doesn't mean she orgasmed. She may also have faked it. Please don't think women are evil for doing that; there's a lot going through a girl's mind during sex!

Ok, i can understand now that most women dont orgasm during sex, but i still have a problem here. If im still ejaculating too early, i can tell when she looks disappointed and she feels its happened way too quickly so she hasnt enjoyed it

i've heard this for first time. usally men ejaculate early on their first time. anyway this is not due to masturbation. she's not achieving orgasm-too common. how to give her orgasm is too wide but i think you can satisfy her by stimulating clitoris, it's easiest.
coming to pe, i think you just need to follow few tips.
1)try doing kegels exercises- pc muscles located between anus & scortum-clench & release them, it can be done anytime, anywhere.
2) stop & start techniques- just when you think cumming is near, stop pumping. wait untill sensations for orgasms pass.

best of luck
