Okay so here is the scenerio....
I am on birth control and take it every day around the same time, and haven't missed a day in a couple of months. So last month my boyfriend and I had sex in the beginning of the month (April) we didn't use a condom and he pulled out. I got my period that month and it was short and really really light, which is extremely rare and it got me nervous so my boyfriend and I didn't have sex at all this month (not even oral or anything) and i was suppose to get my period on Sunday and haven't got it yet. Keep in mind I'm on the pill which is suppose to regulate my period. I don't understand how I still haven't got my period when we didn't have sex this month and I had my period last month. I haven't had any signs of pregnancy and I've been stressing out a lot lately. So do you think I'm pregnant. Can people give me some advice? I'm really nervous and scared, and I can't talk to anyone about this. HELP!

It doesn't sound too likely that you're pregnant though rarely pregnancy does happen on the pill even when it's used correctly. Being on the pill will cause you to have very light periods. The longer I was on the pill, the lighter my periods got. In the end, they were mostly just spotting, and I didn't even need a tampon, just a pantyliner. For peace of mind, you should take a home pregnancy test. The results should be accurate by now, and being on the pill will not alter the results of the test.

What brand of pill are you on? There are certain birth control pills that commonly cause women to skip periods while on them--Loestrin and Yaz come to mind.
