When a woman engaging in PMS, in a relationship, in a marriage, she has to be responsible of the actions that comes her way, I know this is the hardest way to keep a woman from getting that belly bulge but the safest is the RHYTHM METHOD, it's not expensive, no side effects, no drugs, very natural, and pleasurable.

What? Confused The rhythm method is not very reliable in part because it is just plain difficult for most people to do correctly. There are many non-hormonal methods of birth control that are very effective, safe, easy to use, and inexpensive. There are also places like Planned Parenthood or Family Planning who give out free or low cost birth control.

Rythem is not the safest form of birth control. I don't have links to statistics, but I know the sucess rate is under 90%, even under 80% if I recall.

And it's not necessarily the cheapest either, since you have to buy calendars and thermometers and all of the other supplies needed to keep track of your ovulation so that you can avoid sex on those days.

Yes, it's natural, mostly-side-effect free and drug-free. But many women may not fid it pleasurable to be slightly uncertain as to whether or not they are pregnant. They might also not find it pleasurable to have to abstain from sex for a week - I say abstain because you seem to be against condoms, so a woman following your example couldn't even use condoms and spermicide her fertile week.

As for "mostly-side-effect free"... my natural cycle is not fun. I consider the extreme pain of my cramps to be more of an undesired "side-effect" than the relief I get on the pill.
