I am a 32 year old healthy male. Last night my girlfriend and I were playing with our sex toys. During this time, I used a penis pump for the first time. I used it for about 2 five minutes sets, under light to moderate suction. I experienced no pain or discomfort while using the device, and experienced no problems till this morning. This morning I had sex with my girlfriend, but I could only get partially erect. After wards I noticed, that my penis had shrunk very quickly to about half it's normal flaccid size & was somewhat hard. I was concerned at that point about not being able to maintain a full erection, so I tryed unsuccessfully to do so. After a couple of hours, while I had some minor pain my penis visually seemed to return to normal. This evening while kissing my girlfriend I did get my erection back, but after wards it shrunk again to a very small size and is somewhat hard. This is where I am at right now, I am really confused, I made an appointment to see a local urologist but they can not see me till Tuesday (that is in 5 days).

Other than the symptoms above, I am experiencing some minor pain/ discomfort, and lack of elasticity. I am worried about tissue damage & circulation at this point and I am not sure what to do. Is this a medical emergency? Should I go to an emergency room or a hospital? I am beginning to get a little scared, and am a little apprehensive about waiting 4 or five days to see a urologist.
Is this a normal or a temporay side effect?
I am also wondering about the possibility of Peyronie's disease.
Any Help would be greatly appreciated,
Paul

i only know what peyronie's disease is because i just recently paid a disability claim on this...but from my research to familiarize myself with it...only approx 1% of men get this. the chances are really slim. it's rather easy for doctors to diagnose. I would bring it up at your appointment.

If you are worried about the issue with the pump and all and you think that you need to go to the ER then go. We can't answer this question for you as we aren't doctors. If you feel the need to go, then by all means go.

good luck to you and update us when you get your answer.

Pumps are dangerous and not recommended. Peyronies can be fixed but you probably dont have it. You may have done some light trauma to your penis with the pump but it should be okay in a week or so.

I am a certified neurologist. You should learn to accept your new sized penis. Love your body. Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. In fact, some females prefer it really small. If your current girlfriend cannot love and appreiciate you for it all, maybe you should pump up a new one. They have pumps for those too.
