It sounds to me like you simply irritated your vagina. Give it a few days, up to a week, to heal. If it's not healed by then, go to a doctor. Planned parenthood is a great place to go.

Wash with water but not soap. That will help relieve some of the stinging. it might also help to put just a little petroleum jelly on/around your urethra. DOn't have sex with latex condoms with petroleum jelly down there, but it may help with the stinging when you urinate by sheilding the surrounding skin from the urine. I used to be allergic to chlorine as a girl, and I had to put petroleum jelly down there so I wouldn't sting when peeing after swimming.

Irritation is the first thing that I thought of too. Maybe you were not lubricated enough. That would also explain why his semen made your vagina sting. Semen is very salty. If you have sex when you are not lubricated enough, you can get irritation and tiny cuts. The salt gets in there and stings a bit.

If you still have it after a few days, go to Planned Parenthood, Family Planning, or your regular ob-gyn.
