Re:stress
I am not a professional but here is my opinion. I think your body is trying to tell you something. Maybe you should cut back on your hours at work or your hours at school. You are burning the candle at both ends. Is there some important reason your in a hurry to get through with school? What degree are you seeking? I am a student too. I used to work full time and go to school full time and I have 2 kids which I am raising by myself. I have no family support to help with the kids. It was very rough and I could not keep it up more than a year. I don't know if you have financial aid where you live but financial aid and student loans are getting me through school right now so I don't have to work. I'll have to pay some of it back when I get out. But it is worth it to me. Stress kills! It's a fact. Prolonged exposure to stress can cause you many health problems and lower your immune system. I'm sure your will is just fine but we are only human and we require sleep. Try to find some time for yourself to relax and just enjoy life. We are here for only a limited time. You will get through school and be successful i'm sure of it. If you don'y have to , don't rush it. Well I wish you the best of luck and pray that you will be able to get through this hard time still healthy. Not just healthy physically but spiritually and emotionally as well. Best wishes!!!
