Q: Fever And Sore Throat

My step daughter came over last night and had a sore throat and fever and stated that her arms were sore to even touch. I looked at her throat and she had yellow looking puss pockets in the back of her throat. Does she need antibiotics for this? Her mother does not think so.

Especially eHealthy

it sounds like tonsilitis. she may very well need anitbiotics for this. i always have. best to take her to the doctor just to be certian.
