Well I've been on depo for a year now and I've decided to switch back to the pill for obvious health risks. I don't like the hidden side affects of the shot like the bone loss etc. Would it be safe to switch back to the pill? Or is there something I can do to prevent or minimise the bone loss like taking suppliments?
