I had an "anxiety attack" about a month and a half ago, atleast that is what my mom says.

I woke up in the middle of the night shaking pretty bad and all.

Ever sense then I havent exactly felt right.
I just dont really feel like me.
I am a little bit fatigue but I still excercise and all, I have a bit of a heavy feeling on the left side of my cest and kind of down into my stomech. its not a pain feeling, its just kind of heavy.
It tends to stay there but the pain part will move from there, to my right side, to my back, ect ect ect.

Im not throwing up, or anything like that, dont have blood in my urine, or an upset stomech.

Im just a bit nervous and this is really all I can think about.

My parents say that its just an anxiety thing, or whatever.
My aunt and cousin just came to live with us from NC and the next night or so after they stayed over, the anxiety stuff happened.

I dont really know what to do about it, I didnt really exercise or eat right until it happened, now I eat right and exercise.

Help me out please, thanks. Smile

Hi Joey,

I had anxiey attacks frequently. I am on medication it is called Lexapro. Works great. I also take adivan when I need it. I felt the same way, fatigued, I felt like i was no living in the same world as others. I felt alone. I had no appetite and all I kept thinking about is that I am going to die. This is the scariest feeling in the world. I would suggest that your parents take you to your family physician and explain your syptoms to him. You might need the medication. And it will help you.
