Q: Forehead Upper Cranial Augmentation

hi, i've seen a few messages asking this question on here before. i want a forehead/upper cranial augmentation, i know they have forehead aug. to create a rounder forehead but i want it to be taller too (therefore, the entire cranium would need to be augmented).
does anybody know how this could be done

my guess is 1)--using synthetic bone 2) cranial bone graft (but this sounds scary-the brain being uncovered, so i doubt any surgeon would do this for cosmetic purposes)

Yes, I've wanted that for ages, just the higher cranium. I thought it could be done by injecting permanent dermal fillers. Just lifting the scalp as they do the forehead and injecting into the pocket.

I was in contact with a couple of facial feminisation surgeons, one in Belgum and one in USA, but they were planning something much more complicated.
