My hip popped the other night while dancing. I am a 36 year old female with no other bone problems. I can walk but with a limp for the past 4-5 days. The pain is getting better but I was wondering if I still should see my doctor or not. Would I know if I popped something out of place? Like I said it is getting better by the day. Feels a little tight in that area but I can't feel anything sticking out as if it was dislocated. Any suggestions would be great.
