ive had one small lump about 2-3 inches apart from my spine on both sides, they are just below the surface of the skin, they dont cause any pain unless i push on them. im hoping they are just fatty deposits but i am not sure. they feel like they are the size of peas or so. any clues?

I read your question and i understand your concern. These are likely soft tissue benign deposits and fat deposits are top of the list. Just observe and wait. If these start bothering, visit a local cosmetic surgeon and let them help.
