Q: Two Small Lumps Across From Each

ive had one small lump about 2-3 inches apart from my spine on both sides, they are just below the surface of the skin, they dont cause any pain unless i push on them. im hoping they are just fatty deposits but i am not sure. they feel like they are the size of peas or so. any clues?
