Q: Heartburn Relief

Does anyone know of any heartburn reliefs that are safe to use during pregnancy? I've had heartburn for a while now but i always managed to east it with a mint or glass of milk but it's got worse over the last few days and i was just wondering if there was anything that i could take that won't upset .Mika.

well i don't knw if its safe for mika, but on ex use to drink pickle juice (i know thats kinda nasty) but i don't see nothing wrong with it.... im sure you will, but make sure first Smile

I know it is safe to drink Gaviscon during pregnancy. I've suffered with terrible heartburn and milk wasn't knocking it anymore so I asked my pharmacist and she said Gaviscon is fine.

baking soda..
about an 1/2 tsp in 4-5 oz of water.. Drink it right down! I use it all the time. I'mn not pregnant but it is all natural I'm sure it is fine..

Ask your OBGYN if it is safe for you to take Papaya enzyme. I have found this to work when nothing else could! Good luck...hope Mika has lots of hair! Laughing
