Heartburn Relief Posted: 05-16-07 08:24am
Does anyone know of any heartburn reliefs
that are safe to use during pregnancy?
I've had heartburn for a while now but i
always managed to east it with a mint or
glass of milk but it's got worse over the
last few days and i was just wondering if
there was anything that i could take that
won't upset .Mika.

I know it is safe to drink Gaviscon during
pregnancy. I've suffered with terrible
heartburn and milk wasn't knocking it
anymore so I asked my pharmacist and she
said Gaviscon is fine.

baking soda..
about an 1/2 tsp in 4-5 oz of water..
Drink it right down! I use it all the
time. I'mn not pregnant but it is all
natural I'm sure it is fine..

Ask your OBGYN if it is safe for you to
take Papaya enzyme. I have found this to
work when nothing else could! Good
luck...hope Mika has lots of hair!
