I’m 21 almost 22 and have been diagnosed
with crohns for 3 years now. I’m 5'9 and
at one point dropped to 118 lbs. my
medicine made me feel worse than my actual
symptoms so I quit taking it.
I started working out about a year ago and
taking protein supplements. I noticed that
crohns symptoms weren't as prevalent. I
take a product called muscle mile. It’s
not just protein but it's packed with
vitamins and minerals. I take it once a
day after I work out. I have been fine
ever since I started taking it. I’m up
to 150-153 lbs and no stomach pains.
Sometimes I go for weeks without taking it
and if my stomach acts up I start taking
it again and I feel fine in a few days.
I’m currently on no medication. I order
the muscle milk online because it's
cheaper but you can get it from gnc or
vitamin world. The company that makes it
is cytosport. It tastes good I like the
strawberry banana. I don’t know what
else to say. I swear by it. It’s worth a
shot
