I am only going to be 17 years old and i have the most wonderful gift from GOD. my daughter is 1 years old and 4 months. i had turned 15 right after i found out that i was pregnant, and then after having Davadee i turned 16 the following june. and now a year has went by and we are doing great. she is the sweetest thing in my life, she is the reason i wake up every morning...I am a straight A student, i have been on the honor all of high school. I graduate from high school next year. and i am going on to college, and my daughter is going with me out of state to college. Everyone said i couldn't do it all by myself. But i have. and i will keep on doing it all by myself. JUST ME AND MY DAUGHTER!

Good for you!! When you wake up, after you give your daughter a great big hug and kiss you should give yourself a huge pat on the back!!
Your family must be so proud of you!

the only family i talk to still is my gramma. my mom disowned me when she found out i was pregnant and i wouldn't have an abortion. she kicked me out when i was 15 and 5 months pregnant. since then i have been staying with a friend and her mom. i will stay here until i go off to college. my friend's mom got me a part time job in her office right after i turned 16 years old. and her boss loves davadee, she lets me leave davadee with her while i am working. by the time we close up the office davadee is fast asleep on her couch, and the office is a mess. but she dont care. i try to clean it up, but she tells me not to worry about it, just to take davadee home and put her in bed. i have not talked to my mom since she kicked me out of the house. but i guess it is alright. becuz i have my real gramma. and then i have my friend and her mom, and now i have my boss. that is my support system.

I'm really sorry to hear that, but from what you have said, it's your mother's loss.

Keep up the good work

You sound amazing, i'm 15, turning 16 on the 22nd june, and i'm currently 34weeks pregnant with a little girl. You just sound like a star! i don't know how i would cope if i lived in the us because i know that i would find being in school with a young child really hard but good on you for doing so well. Your daughter will be so proud of you.
