Q: Can masturbation cause pain in testicles ?

I feel pain in my left testicle since last 2 months. I think due to that pain i feel pain in my left leg also. I feel it happened due to hard masturbation. Please tell me do i need to worry...can it be cured or do i need to c a doctor? please help..thanks!

It doesn’t seem likely that testicular pain can be due to masturbation because masturbation usually can’t cause testicular pain. Excessive masturbation can cause increased urethral secretion (urethral syndrome) but is not likely to cause testicular pain. Testicular pain can be due to infection or injury. You can consult your primary health provider or a urologist for further help.
