Hypoglycemia Answer A2779
The symptoms that you’ve mentioned include dizziness, feeling tingly, tired eyes, eye pain everyday for 3 years, feeling anxious and dizzy if not eating, scare from being alone and passing out. These symptoms could be due to some type of anxious-depressive disorder. IBS itself is a functional digestive disorder that is probably due to anxiety and depression. It is believed that IBS is a type of psycho-somatic disorder. However, you didn’t report any digestive symptom that leads to the diagnosis of IBS.

Unfortunately, there is no diet that can cure your anxiety and depression. You can consult an ENT-specialist, however, to check if there is some inner ear disorder causing your dizzy spells. If everything is OK with your ears, you can consult a mental health doctor to help manage the manifestation of the symptoms.
