My nose is always stopped up.

If i stick a flash light up and look i can actually see it swollen shut.
It has been like this almost a year with post nasal drip.

Sinex cures the problem...but i heard stories of addiction.
No pills sudafed nothing has helped.

I also have had a swollen gland for about five months.

Is the gland from my nose? Im really concerned thanks

I would highly see an ent (ear nose and throat doc). Dosen't sound like your going to get relief from anything. It could be a polyp that needs to be removed.

When i am sleeping my nose is whistling as a result my wife can not sleep.How i can solve this problem?

Both see an ENT, a CT scan really helps identify the problem so push for one of those if they can't find anything (and you're still be being bothered by symptoms). My doctor was convinced it was all in my head until they did a CT scan (then they found out it was in my head - literally)
