I have this weird bump near the inside corner of my eye... on the side of the bridge of my nose on my right. It's a small, hardish bump and it's been there for a day or two now. It's made the skin under my eye slightly puffy and it's become really annoying and noticable. Haven't the foggiest what it could be - at first I thought it was a zit but I don't think a zit would cause my eye to become puffy underneath. I haven't had any food that I normally don't eat. So my only other guess is that it's a bug bite of sorts.... or an abscess (I've had one on a tooth before)?

Ideas? I didn't know where to post this question. There's a little 'pain' to it but nothing that would stop me from carrying about my day. Mostly there's feeling to the bump. Would any off the shelf allergy meds work?
