Hi!!!
You see, this is what happened to me:

Back in March I was sleeping soundly when suddenly I felt my whole room turn upside down! I got really freaked out because...well...feeling dizzy is never fun! Anyhow, I went to the Dr. and he found what supposedly was the cause of my unsteadiness, but then the feeling came back a month later! This next time he said I had an inner ear infection at and that's what made me feel dizzy, but now (2 weeks later) I've been feeling really weird! I close my eyes at night and I feel the room moving! During the day I feel as though I'm on a boat...but only when I think about the dizzy spells that I've had and how suddenly they came on without previous warning. I just hate feeling dizzy and so I'm constantlyt hinking about it, could this pseu-dizziness that I'm experiencing right now be related to anxiety...or should I go back to see the Dr.? Confused

I would greatly appreciate any feedback you can give me!! Thanks in advance!!! Take care everyone. Cool

You should go see a Doc.. It might be anxiety, but waking you up out of your sleep sounds like it might be something more. How is your blood pressure.. Have you ahd it checked latley? The dizzness makes me think it is something more. Nothing serious. But you should get it checked out.
