Hey all,
Ever since last night around… 3am, I have been receiving weird “sensation’s” just below the middle of my chest. It then persist to upwards and sometimes reaches to my brain, this feeling does not cause any pain however but really does give me great discomfort. I have been searching up Google to try to find a solution to my problem and have been bombarded by all sorts of theories. One of the theories is anxiety and other’s heart problems (which really got me worried) I am only 18 years of age. I am about 180cm and weight 63kg’s. Let me explain how this feeling started.
I am a gamer, and a pretty hardcore one at that (World of Warcraft). Last night around 12am I received an “item” with superior quality for my character I was thrilled to be so lucky. After I received the item and started “testing” it on other opponents. I am a perfectionist when am gaming and it annoys me when I do not perform at my best, with this new item (weapon) I felt even more obliged to perform at my best. So any who, after I received this weapon I drank a bottle of Red bull (330ml) hoping it would keep me sharp for a little longer while I do my thing. I also however drank another Red Bull a few hours before, also 330ml. (this is not my normal routine I normally a lot drink water, but tonight was different) At approximately 3am I started to feel these symptoms I am receiving at the moment. What’s great is while I am typing this to you guys, these symptoms have started to fade, nevertheless those last couple of words I typed I felt the sensation again. A few months ago I had the same “feeling” on my shoulders as I went to bed. It was a real hard aching experience trying to sleep as it was so uncomfortable. Good for me those feelings have past away.
Are these feeling’s normal? What could I do to stop this feeling? How can I take my mind off this but still play my game? Is this anxiety? I have thought of exercise to be a good choice for forgetting these symptoms, unfortunately its already getting late where I live so playing basketball (my favorite sport) is out of the equation. Any other ideas?
