its not constant but now and then i get
this sharp pain going through my penis and
it lasts about one minute on and off , It
is really painful sometimes.
Any idea's what this could be ?

does it occur after urination,
ejaculation, when your erect or flaccid?
is the pain a sharp shooting pain or a
throbbing pain? You need to provide more
info.

Hello mate
Its a sharp Stabbing pain that lasts about
1min or less now and then its really hurts
sometimes...the pain goe's to the back of
penis...(up the penis)

It happens out of the blue ...
it doesnt happen after anything.
i could be just watching tv or something
and ill get the sharp stabbing pain

or around it? Any other problems

Ive never had injuries down there and when
i go to the toilet and wee its fine.
its jus weird because it is really
painfull ive thought it could be stones
but when it happens out of the blue i jus
think else.

Pass two times it has been when ive been
sitting down but i cant remember lol it
happens at 1 or twice a month

It sounds like a muscular or nerve
problem. Only once a month for like a
minute is nothing to worry about.
