does it occur after urination, ejaculation, when your erect or flaccid? is the pain a sharp shooting pain or a throbbing pain? You need to provide more info.

Its a sharp Stabbing pain that lasts about 1min or less now and then its really hurts sometimes...the pain goe's to the back of penis...(up the penis)

It happens out of the blue ...

Have you had an injuries in the area near or around it? Any other problems anywhere? What happens during urination?

Ive never had injuries down there and when i go to the toilet and wee its fine.

its jus weird because it is really painfull ive thought it could be stones but when it happens out of the blue i jus think else.

Are you usually sitting, standing? There has to be some connection going on there.

Pass two times it has been when ive been sitting down but i cant remember lol it happens at 1 or twice a month

It sounds like a muscular or nerve problem. Only once a month for like a minute is nothing to worry about.
