I was really tired this morning and took a birth control pill when I woke up. Apparantly, I had woken up much earlier the same morning and already took one that I had forgotten about. It's a low hormone birth control but I was wondering if anyone knew if this would affect anything or if I should take one tomorrow or not...too much stress I can't even tell you! If you have any suggestions/information, I will be so greatful. Thanks!

You should continue to take them as usual. You can either wait and end your pack a day early or skip taking it the following day and resume as normal. I'm not sure, but I don't think it will matter which you choose. You should be fine as long as this isn't your first pac/week on birth control. If you are concerned you can always use a backup method such as condoms for seven days after the missed pill. Though, I don't think it would be nessicary.

Sorry for the delay in responce.
