Your birth story is completely at home in the pregnancy section, and if .mika's first pictures are included with it, they won't be moved 
so you're free to post it there!
The story pictures are also more than welcome in the .baby .talk & .parenting sections.

but you can post it in pregnancy, teen pregnancy or baby talk and parenting.
Personally I'd go for baby talk and parenting - think of it like graduation or promotion.
You go from being a pregnant woman to a mommy.
Technically it would belong in labour and delivery.
