It definitely can be an early sign. But you may have just not noticed them before now or you may have eaten something sugary (which can sometimes make your veins swell some). Is your period late or are you ttc?

Hey. No i am not trying to conceive no my period is not late i just feel weird/ different. I don't feel pregnant. I just have had two really short periods like they only last two days not even and this time it did not even have blood clots i have a 31 day cycle and last month it was on the 14th this month it started around the 12th or 13th at night not sure which day but it is early. My cycles are very normal. No stress no medicine no changes. naseau headache tired stuff like that. I mean i have like no pain today yesterday i had some... but not much i am just worried. It could just be my body. I am only 18 so it could still just be from that.

You are sill young so , like you said, it could just be your body. As you know, all you can really do is wait and see if its late. Then test. Sorry...

Have you had unprotected sex?

You can also get the dark veins after you ovulate as the progesterone builds up in your body. In fact, for me, that was the most obvious sign that I had ovulated. I am 11 weeks pregnant now and my veins are still dark, but I noticed this during cycles when I didn't get pregnant either, my veins went back to normal after my period showed.

If you started your period on the 12th or 13th this month, it's too early to test yet. Wait until your period is late and then test.

Did you have unprotected sex? If so, the odds of getting pregnant are much higher, but I'm afraid you just have to wait and then test once you are late on your period.
