Q: Masterbation Marks/burns

I have 3 slightly darker patches on my penis. They look kinda like bruises but there not bruises. They don't hurt or anything. I kinda wondered what they was but I realise there marks from were my hand is usually when masterbating like i can match the parts of my hand to each make on the penis. Just wondered if I stopped masterbating will the marks go away.
