Ok
Several old wives tales. The best I have found. Take an emory board or nail file and file the wart down to as smooth as he can stand it. Cover it compltetly with a piece duct tape. Keep this wart covered (it literally smothers the wart away. Leave the tape on until it starts to come loose, and refile area and add another piece of the tape. It could take about a month, but it will disappear. I have also heard of taping a banana skin peel to that area, but for our family duct tape or white medical tape hasworked wonders. The idea is to not allow hte wart to get any air. Hope this helps! If all else fails, find a dermotologist and have it freezed off!

Has he tried the freeze off products they now sell at pharmacies. It is a bit different than the topical ointments and works well for smaller warts.

Both you and your boyfriend should get into a comfortable position. I know this sounds gross but have your boyfriend insert his finger into your mouth for approximately 45 minutes. Use your tongue to "brush" over the wart continuously, this will have a softening effect. Using your front teeth, begin nibbling on the wart. You'll find small pieces begin to come off. Remove them from your mouth on an as need basis. Depending on the size of the wart, it usually takes about an hour of alternating between tongue brushing and nibbling until the entire wart is removed. Over the next few days, inspect your tongue to be sure the virus that caused the wart hasn't transfered and caused a wart to begin emerging on your tongue. If after two weeks no wart is observed on your tongue, you're home free!
