okay here goes I have been on the IUD for 2years and unlike other lucky people I have always had a period but not as much bleeding and cramping and clotting as I did before which was just normal for me..ok on the 28th of april .I got my period that lasted 5 days while still having the IUD in..well my husband and I decided to have another baby because our son is turning 2 Sunday Smile So the 8th of may I got it taken out the first day I started spotting just alittle and cramping but it went away the same day..but then 2 days later on the 10th which was yersterday I started what seems to be a normal period like what I had before the IUD with clotting and bleed the whole works...but is this a real period or will I have another on the 28th of may ..i'm so confused because I now don't know when I will ovulate..I have a test but I don't even have a clue to when I should start testing to see if I have ovulate I know I can't go my last month period because I'm on a new one...can anyone help?? Sad I just so shocked it started back to normal so soon I read some people don't have periods for months! any advise would be great!!

I am not sure. I suggest posting this is in the birth control forum. It's more active than this one, and there are some people in there who are familiar with all forms of birth control. They might able to give you more information about getting off the IUD, bleeding, ovulation, and your cycle returning to normal.
