Oh yes. I am afraid to laugh or cough or
sneeze anymore. Fun, fun, fun.

hehe, ive always been scared of that, but
the closest ive gotten is when i sneeze if
i already gotta go to the bathroom ill
just have to go right away, but ive got
pretty strong bladder muscles or whatever
ones controle that so it hasnt been bad
remember to cross your legs when you
sneeze from now on lol

Lol, yeah it was the first time it
happened to me, and .i'm almost 32 weeks.
I've never had a problem with it before.
What's worse is i was standing up at work.

.try explaining that one to your
co-workers!

I have been doing kegels since before I
got married! My ob told me that I had a
very strong pelvic floor so I don't think
that is the problem. I have always had
problems with a weak bladder and so I
think that pregnancy just compounded it.

Oh, isn't that wonderful! I actually had a
weak bladder since my first child was born
but now it's so bad. If I am not holding
myself when I sneeze, I pee. I have to
wear panty liners and hope that is enough!
Sometimes it's not. The pee thing is so
very annoying. I can't seem to do kegals
no matter how hard I try. I heard they
really work!

Everytime I laugh hard, cough or sneeze I
pee a little!
It's awful... The first time it happened I
thought my water was leaking .... haha oh
the paranoa!
People are always making me laugh ( I'm a
very giggly person ) and I hate it! I
usually miss half the story because I have
to run to the bathroom!

I was playing .Scene .It and got laughing.
I peed my pants. Not just a leak, I full
blown peed.
I also wore a panty liner and it wasn't
always enough. It is much better now
