Q: Bruises

I have a group of 7 bruises on my inner arm. I did not bang into anything and do not know how the bruises were made. I do not usually bruise easily. I have also been extremely fatigued - not too usual for me to be fatigued. I have a mild case of Fibromyalgia. However, this seems to be more than usual. Sleep has been okay though. Any advise? Any suggestions?
