I've been on bc for 10 months now and I
skipped the inactive pills due to my
wedding and started a new pack. On Friday
(5/4/07) I took my pill at my usual time
12noon and about 4 hours later I had
diarrhea but not a full blown diarrhea but
a little loose stool for about 10 secs (it
was something I drank that upset my
stomach). Then 3 days later I had sex
with my husband. We did not use back-up
because I thought that I would be covered
since it was 4hours later and the pill
should already be in my system. I have
been taking my pills on time everyday
since and I still have a 1 1/2 weeks of
active pills. Just want to know if I was
still covered after having a mini diarrhea
4 hours after taking the pill.

You should be fine. Even if you totally
missed that pill you would be okay.
