Okay I had sex in the middle of of april like the 14th. We used a condom and didn't do anything out of the ordinary. The last time i got my period was either the 3rd or 4th week of march. I'm now like 2-3 weeks late and i took a pregnancy test last week and it came out negative. I havent had any signs of pregnancy either. What's going on?

depending on your age your body is still changing giving you a chance to have a missed period or two until it becomes regular if you are very worried go to the doctors office to get a blood test done
