A lot of things.

This site has a list of quite a few things that might cause one's arm to be numb. http://www.wrongdiagnosis.com/symptoms/arm _numbness/common.htm

I would talk to your doctor about it. There are too many possibilities for us to be able to diagnose you over the internet.
