Menstrual Cramps Posted: 05-10-07 11:25am
Have you experience menstrual cramps? Or
you can say that you always experiencing
this every month?!
For me, every month I am experiencing
cramps. And it is really so painful that I
sometimes couldn’t do anything for a
whole day…That I sometimes fill like
I’m going to vomit. Then a friend of
mine tells me to take medications, but I
just can’t take those, for medications
to me are not good. They gave me stomach
upsets that make me feel bad. So what I
did to relive the pain is that I use
Natural Remedy like the Peppermint. And
this actually helps in coping the pain
caused by my menstruation. Hope this can
be a good help for those girls like me who
is experiencing this kind of problem.

Have you tried any type of birth control?
I used to have very painful, crampy
periods. My doctor put me on birth
control pills and after that, I rarely
ever had another cramp!!

I used to get very severe cramps as well
during my period. I did actually vomit
from them due to the pain. I could take
pamprin however which helped a lot, but it
was still debilitating.
I suggest birth control pills for you too.
I'm on ortho-lo, and I have almost no
cramping anymore! I'm glad the peppermint
worked for you, but if you ever want to do
more than just "cope", then get on birth
control pills
