Multivitamins? B-complex? B-12? Acne And Eczema Posted: 05-09-07 22:25pm


Hey all, Is there any multi-vitamins out that dont have b12 in them? It makes my skin break out pretty bad and I was doing some research online and it has been linked to acne breakouts quite a bit. Also I have eczema and recently stumbled upon some info about the b-complex vitamins helping stop eczema. I'll try anything at this point, eczema is unbearable. I've been searching and searching for a B-complex that doesnt contain b12 but I cant find one anywhere, I'd rather take 2 pills a day than all of the B-vitamins seperately, thatd be like 20 pills a day. Please help!! -john
