Hey guys

For the past half year i've been experiencing a really sharp pain during a bowel movement. During this i've seemed to noticed blood stains on the tissue (bright red except for yesterday when there was quite a discharge of dark). Let me stress that the pain is very sharp and seems to be located right at the tip of the anus. I'm thinking it's the cause of fissures but i thought that it heals over time (although i do go to the bathroom constantly so i'm thinking i'm tearing the scars over and over again).

p.s. my bowel movement is pretty regular, there have been occasions when they were watery like and fairly hard but on the whole pretty regular.

Is this bowel cancer?

thanks and regards
pat
