Q: Is depression contagious?

Do you think is healthy to tell your mom how you feel. When your mom could be depress. umm i ahevnt feel normal and i beleive that is the reason im feel depress , another that could be becaus i been fun of and i dont feel nothing. what should i do.

Yes, you can tell your mother about everything you feel. Depression is “contagious”. If your mother is depressed you can also feel depressed. You should have an open relationship with your mother, you can tell her that her behavior and feelings have an impact on you and reflect onto your psycho-emotional life.
