Q: Can't Get Fully Hard

Hi im 15 and I have been really concerned about some stuff.

I do have foreskin, since I was born in Russia and moved to American 3 weeks after I was born. But recently starting from a couple of months ago I have noticed that I can't get hard when I see a hot girl or someone that I would like to have sex with. I have no idea why. But when I masturbate I can get hard. Cans someone tell me why?

Also, I have realized that whem im masturbating I can't get it 100% hard. I mean it will get hard in no time if I stroke it but not how it use to be. I used to be around or near 8 inches, but now I get like 6 1/2-7 because im not fully hard.

Whats the problem?

It's probably all in your mind. when you're not fully aroused, obviously, you won't have full erection. When I force myself to masturbate, it does not erect fully, but it does get bigger. It's pretty normal.

When you see a hot girl, you say, it does not get hard. Well, there are some guys who get aroused not through these kind of stimulus.

i think its more psychological than physical.
