Does High blood pressure cause a really bad temper in some men or women?

High blood pressure can cause headaches. Experiencing pressure in the head or other such symptoms can indirectly cause a bad mood. But temper (bad or good) is not directly connected with the blood pressure. Bat temper is more a character issue.
